Whistleblowing

The EGE company enables reporting of possible corrupt, illegal or unethical conduct, in particular conduct specified in § 2 paragraph 1 of Act No. 171/2023, on the protection of whistleblowers, through the internal reporting system and to the Ministry of Justice.

EGE, as a mandatory subject, excludes receiving notifications from a person who does not perform work for the company or any other similar activity as an employee performing work under an employment contract.
