Lattice Towers 22 kV - 110 kV
Lattice Towers 22 kV
P22 kV lattice towers are steel lattice structures welded together from rolled equal angles, the surface of which is protected by coating or hot dip galvanizing. The series ranges from 12 kN to 80 kN in vertex traction and from 12 to 24 m in height. The towers are fitted with the design of brackets required by our clients.
Lattice Towers- 1x110kV, 2x 110 kV and 4x110 kV
Steel lattice structures of rolled equal angles, either fully bolted together or partially so in combination with welded sections. The surface of these items is protected by hot galvanisation or a suitable alternative coating. This series is divided into subgroups of specific applications, i.e. support, tension, anchor, branch or underpass towers.
Lattice Towers 220 kV - 400 kV
Lattice Towers 220 kV
Steel lattice structures made from rolled equal angles usually bolted together, although a welded version is available. The surface of these items is protected by hot galvanisation or a suitable alternative coating. This series comprises support, tension, anchor and branch towers or portals.
Lattice Towers- 1x400 kV, 2x400 kV and 3x400 kV
Lattice structures fully bolted together from rolled equal angles. The surface of these items is protected by hot galvanisation or a suitable alternative coating. The range is divided up according to specific application - support, tension, anchor and branch towers.
Towers for Emergency Outage (Bypasses)
EGE is producer of steel Towers for Emergency Outage - Bypasses. These steel structures are delivered on site in case of emergency for 110 - 400 kV. Bypasses are welded parts of rolled angles which can be easily bolted together. The surface of these items is protected by hot galvanisation or a suitable alternative coating.
Steel Structures for Switching Stations
Steel Structures for Switching Stations - 110 kV and 400 kV
Steel structures prepared from rolled sections welded or bolted together, and designed specifically for each construction project. Hot galvanisation or a suitable alternative coating protects the surface of these structures.
Ski Lift Towers & Cableways
Ski Lift Towers and Cableways are made from steel lattice structures of rolled equal angles, either fully bolted together or partially so in combination with welded sections. Hot galvanisation ensures protection of surfaces. The Steel Structure Division can also prepare workshop documentation based upon the requirements of clients’ projects.
Antenna Masts
Antenna Masts are steel lattice structures made from rolled equal angles or tubes, either fully bolted together or partially so in combination with welded sections, including landings. Hot galvanisation ensures protection of surfaces. The Steel Structure Division can also prepare workshop documentation based upon the requirements of clients’ projects.
Steel Structures for Industrial Buildings
In addition to the above, the Steel Structure Division builds and supplies steel structures for industrial buildings and other such constructions. These are designed and created in accordance with the needs of our clients. The division is able carry out the entire process from design - preparing drawing documentation and static calculations - to production and delivery, and the final assembly of industrial buildings, sheet-metal work, windows, doors, gates and skylights.
